TMW LLC ("TMW", "TheModularWay", "we", "us") operates the website themodularway.com and internal software tools, including our marketing analysis tool lp-seo. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect on this website
When you visit themodularway.com, our hosting and security providers may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
2. Our use of Google user data (lp-seo)
lp-seo is an internal tool used only by TMW staff to manage advertising and website analytics for the businesses we work with. It is not offered to the public. When a TMW staff member signs in with Google and grants permission, lp-seo accesses the following Google data:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): account structure, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, performance statistics, and Keyword Planner ideas, search volumes and cost-per-click estimates. lp-seo uses this access to read account settings and performance, and to create new campaigns, ad groups, keywords and ads in a paused state for a person to review and enable. - Google Analytics (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly): read-only access to aggregated website traffic and conversion reports. - Google Search Console (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly): read-only access to search performance, page and indexing data for websites we manage.
We use this data only to analyze the websites and advertising accounts we manage and to prepare advertising campaigns for them. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.
3. Sharing, storage and security
- We do not sell Google user data or any other personal information.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as needed to provide the service to the business whose accounts it belongs to, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising targeting, credit decisions, or to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Humans do not read Google user data except with permission, for security or legal reasons, or when the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.
- OAuth credentials are stored encrypted on our servers and are never shared. Access is limited to authorized TMW staff.
- We keep Google data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Cached reports are deleted or refreshed regularly.
lp-seo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Your choices
You can revoke lp-seo's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete data we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
